The 4th Trimester
The 4th trimester refers to the days and weeks immediately after delivery for both mommy and baby. While your little one is adjusting to the bright lights and sounds of her new environment, the new mommy is busy healing, learning how to take care of herself and newborn, and balance life.
This period is highlighted by distinct physical, emotional, and mental changes that are sometimes overwhelming and confusing for new parents. We would love to guide you through this transition by bringing an awareness to issues that new parents often face. With the proper support and mindfulness in place, we hope to help you minimize stress and maximize joy!

New mommies need support after labor and we have your back! Let’s plan ahead to help your body and mind heal so you can recover with the support you need. Our in-person, email, or phone services can involve addressing issues including

In person or telephone sessions can be divided based on your needs and are billed hourly. We are available to you during the first 6 weeks of maternity leave and recommend concentrating sessions within the first two weeks to aid with the transition to sleepless nights and bringing baby home.

Your little nugget will change quickly. We highly recommend that you capture every moment with a beautiful and professional newborn photo session. Taken in the comfort and convenience of your own home. We typically recommend taking newborn photos within the first week of life. We will coordinate with our trusted photographers to capture these early moments.
